How it works

High-value transactions deserve structure. Every sale on TruVault Market follows the same sequence, and both sides can see exactly where an order stands.

  1. 01

    Buyer purchases the item

Buy at the asking price, or agree on a price through a private offer.

  2. 02

The money is held in escrow

The buyer pays an independent third-party escrow provider, which holds the money while the deal is completed. TruVault Market never holds your money.

  3. 03

    Seller receives confirmation

The seller is notified that the money is being held and that it's safe to ship.

  4. 04

    Seller ships

The item is dispatched with tracking recorded against the order.

  5. 05

    Buyer receives the item

Delivery is confirmed and the 72-hour verification window opens.

  6. 06

    Buyer inspection period

The buyer verifies the piece matches the listing description.

  7. 07

    Buyer accepts

Acceptance closes the verification window and completes the sale.

  8. 08

    Provider releases payment

The third-party provider releases funds to the seller and the sale completes.

What escrow means here

Escrow is an independent third party that holds the buyer's money while the deal is completed. Once the required steps are finished, the money is released to the seller. TruVault Market never holds your money.

Eligible transactions can be protected through an independent third-party escrow provider such as Escrow.com. TruVault Market is not an escrow agent, does not hold buyer or seller money, and is not a party to the escrow agreement. Provider fees, eligibility and dispute terms are set by that provider.

Item descriptions are supplied by sellers. TruVault Market does not represent any item as authenticated unless an authentication process has actually been performed and is disclosed on the listing.
