Between the listed values, fees move linearly between the nearest published points — no cliffs, no plateaus. A minimum fee applies to very small transactions.
Each side pays its own rate
Buyer and seller each pay 50% of the fee for their own membership pricing level — Pro members pay the Pro rate on their side even if the other party is Standard. Escrow.com fees are separate and split 50/50.
No hidden costs
Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated separately and is not a Tru Vault fee. Escrow.com fees are set by Escrow.com.
Volume rewards
Higher qualifying Pro seller tiers receive lower transaction rates. Pricing levels are based on lifetime completed sales volume.
